All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Order Confirmation

For certain Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer to verify the order before dispatch.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

7. Cancellation
Order cancellation may be possible before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Returns and Replacement
We provide replacement for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement may be available in cases such as:

9. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, does not like the product, or ordered the wrong product, unless otherwise specifically stated on the product page.
Products that have been physically damaged after delivery, misused, modified or repaired by an unauthorized person may not be eligible for replacement.
10. Refunds
If an eligible product cannot be replaced because the same product is unavailable, we may provide a refund to the original payment method used for the order.
