Refund & Replacement Policy

At Leysky Store, we want our customers to receive their orders in proper condition.

Replacement Period

We provide a replacement for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

A replacement may be requested if:

• The product is defective or not functioning properly.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product has been damaged during delivery.
• The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

Conditions for Replacement

The customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The product should be returned with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, warranty cards and other items supplied with the order, wherever applicable.

We may require photographs or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue before approving a replacement.

Products that have been physically damaged after delivery, misused, modified or repaired by an unauthorized person may not be eligible for replacement.

Non-returnable Situations

We do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, does not like the product, or ordered the wrong product, unless otherwise specifically stated on the product page.

After verification, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Replacement

Once the returned product is received and inspected, an eligible replacement will be processed.

Replacement delivery normally takes 5–7 business days after the replacement is approved, subject to product availability and courier service.

Refunds

If an eligible product cannot be replaced because the same product is unavailable, we may provide a refund to the original payment method used for the order.

Refund processing time will depend on the payment method and banking/payment service provider.
